Boasting magnificent views of the town and surrounding countryside, the apartment is decorated and furnished to a high standard, and provides a bright, welcoming holiday home. The central location makes this a perfect holiday base, ideally placed for exploring the many attractions of the town, or the Peak District National Park, with its abundance of walks and interesting villages and towns; Tideswell, Bakewell and Matlock to name but a few. Note: The property is accessed via a steep staircase.

All second floor. Two bedrooms: 1 x twin, 1 x family room with double & single bed. Bathroom with bath (shower over), basin and WC. Compact, modern, well-equipped kitchen. Sitting room with dining area and gas fire.

Gas central heating throughout with additional heating from gas fire in sitting room. Electric cooker, microwave, fridge, colour TV, video, DVD player, radio, stereo/CD player etc. Laundry service available. All fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent.
