Ms Adams, 24, denied the charges at Nottingham Crown Court.

She was also found not guilty of grievous bodily harm, arson with intent.

The mother was accused of murdering two of her children, daughter Niamh, 5, and son Cayden, 2, on 23rd April 2010.

Constituency Profile

The seat was represented by the Conservatives, apart from four years, from 1945 to 1997, when it was won for Labour by current MP Tom Levitt. At the 2005 general election he retained the seat, but by just 735 votes.

At the election, boundary changes have made the seat co-terminous with the High Peak Borough Council.

Police blocked off the London Road and warned off pedestrians and drivers from the scene.  As many as 60 fire crews were reported as tackling the blaze.

The former hotel which has stood derelict for some years is situated close to the Robin Hood Public House and mini Tesco store garage.  Nearby premises were evacuated by emergency services.

Observers nearby believed the fire broke out at the top of the three storey building.

Road Traffic Police would not confirm whether any fatalities were found at the scene.

The cameras are expected to be in use by the end of March. They have been designed to minimize the impact on the landscape.

Firefighters from Staffordshire Fire and Rescue were called to the property in Sheen, near Buxton on Monday 8th February.

Two brothers lived at the house and while one was away, the other is still unaccounted for.

A crane has been brought in to remove the roof and make the building safe to enter for investigators.

Rescue crews said there was a “high possibility” the missing man was inside the badly damaged building.
